Pricing questions

Is there a setup fee?
No. Some agencies charge $750–2,000 up front for onboarding. Your first month's retainer covers the audit and the initial technical work — you start getting value in week one.

Am I locked into a contract?
No annual contracts. We work month to month after an initial 90-day period, which exists because SEO genuinely cannot show results faster than that. If we can't show progress by then, you shouldn't stay.

What if I need something between two plans?
Then we build you something between two plans. These tiers cover most businesses, but multi-location, franchise, and large-catalog work gets scoped individually. Tell us what you need.

Do you charge extra for reporting?
No. Reporting is included at every tier — it's how you verify you're getting what you pay for, so charging for it would be absurd.

What happens if I want to leave?
You give 30 days' notice and everything is yours — the content, the pages, the profiles, the accounts. We don't hold assets hostage. Every account we touch is created in your name from day one.

Do you offer one-time projects?
Occasionally — audits, migrations, and technical cleanups. Ongoing SEO doesn't work as a one-off, so we won't sell it that way, but if you have an in-house team who just needs a roadmap, let's talk.
